Trying to get pregnant
How To Get Pregnant The Natural Way
Me and my husband decided to have a baby after a year of being together. I thought it was just that easy, that making a baby should be as simple as having sex but trying to conceive is tougher than it sounds. Just for the record, I'm only 29 for Christ sake but the waiting just seems like forever. We we’re waiting for quite some time but still I’m not getting pregnant. That’s when I started to get worried. Both of us we’re checked, the doctor advised me some medications and treatments but still it’s just so difficult for me to get pregnant.
In order to become pregnant, a woman must release an egg from one of her ovaries. This egg must enter the fallopian tube and head towards the uterus. The sperm must then penetrate and fertilize the egg along the way. The fertilized egg must attach to the inside of the uterus so that implantation can occur. There's actually other reasons why a woman doesn't get pregnant though. My doctor advised me some of the common reasons why a woman doesn't get pregnant and some of them we're age, lifestyle factors (my doctor advised me to stop smoking too!), low sperm count, hormonal problems.
